Mr. Jill Kretaletch, Chief Operating Officer of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (DUSIT), stated that the Dusit Thani Group has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Paljor Global Corp Private Limited, a leading investment company in Nepal and luxury carpet manufacturer. This strategic collaboration emphasizes Dusit Thani Group's commitment to the South Asian region and its partnership with strong local allies like Paljor Global Corp to drive growth and innovation in the service industry. The collaboration between Dusit Thani Group and Paljor Global Corp stems from the success of the Dusit Princess Kathmandu hotel, owned by Paljor Global Corp and managed by Dusit Thani. With Paljor Global Corp's strong presence in the South Asian market, Dusit Thani is confident in its opportunities to expand various businesses in this market, including hotel and resort management, distribution channels for Dusit Foods, and educational service projects through Dusit Hospitality Education.

In addition to Dusit Princess Kathmandu, the Dusit Thani Group also operates the Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort in Dulikel, Nepal, both of which opened in July last year. Paljor Global Corp owns several hotels in the region, including Tibet Pvt. Ltd., Tibet International Pvt. Ltd., and Yakety Yak Hostel Kathmandu. With its expertise in the regional hotel industry, Paljor Global Corp will leverage its network to find opportunities to expand Dusit Thani Group's various brands, including Dusit Thani, Dusit D2, Dusit Princess, Dusit Suites, Aisawan, Devarana-Dusit Retreats, and Dusit Collection in countries such as Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Tibet, Bhutan, and Northeast India.

This collaboration also aims to partner with Dusit's hospitality education institutions, including Dusit Thani College, which offers industry-driven learning programs, and The Food School, Thailand's first international culinary school, to develop and launch vocational education programs that will elevate the next generation in service. It also includes opportunities to expand Dusit Gastro, a subsidiary of Dusit Foods, which sources premium ingredients such as organic rice from small farms in Northeast Thailand and offers high-quality ready-to-cook products like curry pastes, semi-finished baked goods, and innovative frozen products to bring various offerings into hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering industries in Nepal.

With the increasing number of Nepali tourists in Thailand, Paljor Global Corp also aims to create travel packages that include stays at Dusit hotels and resorts along with visits to local attractions.
